Javadli scored the first point from passivity and got the first shot in the top position. Javadli scored two turns off a gutwrench to take a 5-0 lead. The 5-0 advantage for Javadli held going into the break. Wax got on the board from Javadli’s passivity with 1:26. Wax took advantage of his opportunity in the top position and turned Javadli six times to win by tech fall, 13-5, and win gold for the U.S.

Manuel was strong in the opening tie to push Garima out to take the 1-0 lead. Garima was put on the clock at 2:54. Manuel took a 4-0 lead with a takedown followed by a point for Garima’s activity clock running out. Manuel secured a gutwrench and turned Garima once to take a 6-0 lead at the break. A step out gave Manuel a 7-0 lead, but Garima scored a takedown to make it 7-2. A Manuel step out brought Garima within four. Garima continued her rally with her second takedown, but Manuel held strong in par terre and held on for the 7-5 victory to move into the gold medal match.

Elison went for a single-leg shot to start, and after securing the takedown, Elison ran a bar to pin Dhillon 29 seconds into the bout to move into the gold medal match.

Manuel took down Benaixa Perez at the edge of the mat on a double leg. Manuel picked up two more points on a step out, and Benaixa Perez was hit for fleeing at 3:11. Manuel kept the pressure with four more points, taking the 8-0 lead into the break. Manuel sealed the match 16 seconds into the second period, forcing Benaixa Perez to the edge, and Manuel sent Benaixa Perez straight to her back to close out the 12-0 bout.

Single leg to the left to secure the takedown 15 seconds in for Elison. Elison then locked in on a low double leg straight into a leg lace for three turns to secure the 45-second, 10-0 technical fall.

Manuel strikes first with a step out from Kurmanbay. Manuel grabbed a 3-0 lead at 2:40 with a takedown. Manuel picked up another two points following a successful U.S. challenge for an exposure following the takedown. Holding a 5-0 lead at the break, Manuel continued to set the pace and brought Kurmanbay to the mat for the 7-0 lead. Off a restart, Manuel brought Kurmanbay to her back and stuck the pin with 37 seconds left in the bout.

Skrocki was strong from the start and forced Abdimalik out of bounds for the early 1-0 lead. Skrocki to 2-0 lead, forcing Abdimalik out for the second time in the first minute of action. At 2:50, Skrocki took down Abdimalik and locked in a half nelson for a tilt to take a 6-0 lead. Down six to start the second period, Abdimalik got behind Skrocki and took her down from a quadpod position and scored another two to make it a 6-4 contest. In another scramble, Abdimalik sent Skrocki into danger to score as time expired. Abdimalik held criteria in the 6-6 match, and a lost U.S. challenge made the final score 7-6.

After a scramble and leaning on Kolubai’s left leg, Silva scored first after controlling the takedown. Silva took a 3-0 lead at 2:38 with a step out. Just before the break, Kolubai made it 3-2 with her first two points of the match. Kolubai scored a takedown as time expired for the only scoring of the second period. A lost challenge from the U.S. made it a 5-3 decision in favor of Kolubai.

Elison came out of the gate firing, scoring off a quick double leg, but Zholtikova immediately scored a reversal. Another double leg from Elison gave her a 4-1 lead. She was able to get one turn off a gutwrench, but Zholtikova picked up another reversal right after the turn. Faking to the left ankle, Elison scored on the go behind for an 8-2 lead. Elison grabbed another takedown from a go-behind the right, and just as time was expiring in the first period, she finished the way she started with a double leg takedown to win by tech fall, 12-2.

Masharipova scored the first takedown of the match after controlling the early tie. Masharipova converted a knee pull into two more points and tilted Lundy to grab a 6-0 lead. Just before the break, Masharipova picked up another takedown to grab an 8-0 advantage at the break. Masharipova closed out the match at 1:11 with a single leg attack to win, 10-0.

Etu was the first to score by passivity with 3:09 left in the match to take a 1-0 lead. Neither wrestler scored for the remainder of the period, and Etu held the 1-0 lead at the break. Mehritalarposhti attempted a bodylock toss but was only able to bring Etu down for two. On the next restart, Etu fired back quickly to regain the one-point lead, 3-2. Mehritalarposhti fended off an attempted shoulder throw from Etu and got behind him. Mehritalarposhti was able to complete the takedown just moments later after breaking down Etu’s quadpod at the edge of the mat. Etu was unable to score in the waning second of the match and suffered a 4-3 defeat.

Elison scored quickly against Suzuki with a takedown off a single leg attack and picked up two more points from a tilt. Suzuki countered another single leg attack from Elison to score her first takedown of the match. The 4-2 advantage for Elison held going into the break. Elison turned her defense into offense after a pair of offensive shots from Suzuki turned into takedowns for Elison as she closed out the match with an 8-2 victory.
