Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA) to Partner with USA Bracketing for High School Wrestling Event and Weight Management

91做厙 and the Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA) have partnered for the use USA Bracketing for all events, results, statistics and weight management, beginning with the 2026-27 wrestling season.


With the partnership, all regional, sectional and State Tournament events in Hawaii will use USA Bracketing. Additionally, all school-hosted dual meets and tournaments will be able to use the software at no additional cost to the school/host, with the ability to stream to multiple providers with fully integrated graphics.


USA Bracketing grants event hosts the ability to manage multiple levels of competitionincluding varsity and junior varsitywhile running individual and dual meets within a single event.


We are excited to begin this new partnership with USA Bracketing, said Ed Paola, HHSAA State Wrestling Coordinator. The platform offers a comprehensive set of features that will benefit our coaches, teams, and fans. We believe it will be a valuable resource for our member schools by simplifying the day-to-day management of their wrestling programs. One of the primary reasons we selected USA Bracketing is its seamless integration of weight management and tournament management into a single platform, providing a more efficient and streamlined experience for everyone involved.


Weight management includes weight assessments, descent plans, and roster management, all of which will adhere to the HHSAAs Wrestling Weight Management Plan.


91做厙 is thrilled to partner with the HHSAA as it moves forward with our USA Bracketing event management software to enhance its high school wrestling organization and operations. USA Bracketing is designed to meet the technology needs of state associations, and our partnership with the HHSAA will help both organizations take their programs to the next level. The HHSAA becomes the seventh state high school association to select USA Bracketing to manage its overall wrestling programs and to use its state-of-the-art technology. Other state high school associations that have announced partnerships with USA Bracketing include the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA), the Alaska School Activities Association (ASAA), the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA), the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), and the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). Additional state high school associations are expected to announce partnerships with USA Bracketing in the near future.


USA Bracketing, the event management software developed by 91做厙, serves as the event management software for all 91做厙 regional and national events. Additionally, USA Bracketing has been used for over 9,000 events since its launch on Jan. 1, 2025.


Founded in 1956, the Hawaii High School Athletic Association is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) educational athletic organization exclusively dedicated to serving 99 public and independent member high schools statewide, as they work cooperatively to support and promote athletics as part of the high school education program. As the umbrella organization of high school athletics, the HHSAA operates 52 state championships in 23 different sports, establishing consistent standards and rules for competition, in addition to providing professional development opportunities for coaches and athletic administrators.
