The U.S. Greco-Roman National Team commenced an international camp this week that includes some of the top wrestlers from across the globe. Wrestlers from Denmark, Hungary, Japan and Ukraine join Team USA for an 11-day camp at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Olympic medalist Turpal-Ali Bisultanov of Denmark, Nao Kusaka of Japan and Parviz Nasibov of Ukraine, along with World champion David Losonczi of Hungary, highlight the international contingent in Colorado Springs.

The camp allows the U.S. National Team to train with the top global talent in the Greco-Roman discipline.

A list of notable international wrestlers taking part in the Greco-Roman camp is available below.

Team USA’s camp on home soil comes after the Senior World Team made trips to Hungary and Uzbekistan for training camps. The U.S. U20 World Team also took part in a camp in Croatia to continue the development and growth of the U.S. Greco-Roman wrestling program.

For the international squads, it allows the teams to experience the U.S. before the 2026 U23 World Championships and 2027 Senior World Championships that take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During the camp, the U.S. Senior Greco-Roman World Team will be honored at the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC match on Wednesday, June 24.

Following the camp in Colorado Springs, Team USA and many of the international camp participants will head to Budapest, Hungary, for the Polyak Imre, Varga Janos & Kozma Istvan Memorial, which is the final UWW Ranking Series event of the season.
